Probate E-file

 We are offering an easy alternative of processing documents and payments with the Montmorency Probate Court.  Simply review the following steps:

​

• Send documents to one of the following options:

  • Email to probate@montcounty.org​ or --

  • Fax to 989-785-8065

    • NOTE:  Do not send via us mail unless instructed by court staff.​

• Go to the payment link to pay filing fees. (See Online Pay button below)

• Once documents are received, you will receive a confirmation email or fax to confirm receipt of your filing.

It is that easy!  This is a temporary option pending the full roll-out of MI File from the Michigan Supreme Court.
